JAMES J. CARROLL, III, ESQ.
Owner, Attorney

 


Jim is the owner of the firm. He has a law degree from Seton Hall and a Master of Laws degree from NYU. He has taught at Rutgers Law School, Stockton College, and Fairleigh Dickinson. He has over 25 years of experience as an attorney and has worked for the N.J. Attorney General’s Office, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority; he has served as a municipal attorney for the Townships of Galloway, Hamilton, Weymouth and the City of Egg Harbor; and he has extensive experience in both the private and public sector. Mr. Carroll has tried numerous cases at both the State and Federal level in both civil and criminal courts. Through his many years of governmental service and political involvement, Mr. Carroll is able to assist clients in developing prompt solutions to complex situations.

 

Reggie earned his Master's Degree at Harvard University. Reggie then entered law school at Rutgers School of Law-Newark, and graduated with a J.D. in 1992. Reggie has been licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania since June 1992. In January 2008 he was appointed the Undersheriff of Atlantic County. Prior to that appointment he was the Chief Public Defender for the City of Atlantic City from January 2006 to January 2008. From 1993 to 2007 he served as the Legal Advisor to the New Jersey Conference Trustees of The African Methodist Episcopal Church representing 100 churches. He currently assists The Carroll Law Firm's New Jersey office.

BENJAMIN B. BRENNER ESQ.
Attorney

Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from John Marshall Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Richard Stockton College and also holds Associates Degrees in Science, Mathematics, and Liberal Arts. He is a former professional firefighter and code enforcement officer with the city of Pleasantville, NJ and has experience in construction, hospitality and property management. Ben was a Lobbyist in Georgia State Legislature. He also spent nearly two years with the Atlantic City Prosecutor and has been with The Carroll Law Firm since 2012.
